The terms for using Bulk Certificate Generator, including free previews, one-time unlocks and refunds.

These terms govern your use of Bulk Certificate Generator ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

The service turns a CSV file or a list of names into certificate PDFs, generated in your browser. You can preview and download up to three certificates for free. Downloading a complete batch as a ZIP of PDFs requires a one-time payment.

Free previews

Free preview PDFs carry a "PREVIEW" mark. They are provided so you can check spelling and layout. The free tier is limited to the first three certificates of a batch.

Paid unlocks

An unlock costs $9.90 USD, charged once per batch. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
A batch can contain up to 2,000 rows.
Payments are processed by Waffo (Pancake). Until Waffo credentials are configured on the server, the Pay button stays disabled and nothing can be charged.

Refunds

If the ZIP you paid for fails to generate or the files are unusable, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, course titles and other text you put on certificates, and for having the right to use them. Do not use the service to create fraudulent credentials, impersonate an institution, or misrepresent qualifications someone has not earned.

No accreditation

Certificates made with the service are documents you issue. The service does not verify, accredit or endorse any course, person or organization.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
